Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Formulate a business development strategy for business expansion and client acquisition across EcoPure Cleaning services.
Lead a team of cleaning professionals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Introduce sustainable and technology-driven practices to streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities
A. Operations Management:
Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams across different locations.
Implement and oversee customized cleaning services tailored to client needs.
Ensure proper scheduling and workforce allocation for optimal productivity.
Maintain inventory control and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
B. Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction:
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service consistency.
Monitor customer feedback, address complaints, and implement service improvements.
Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
C. Business Development & Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and residential clients.
Develop strategies to expand into niche markets (e.g., Airbnb, post-construction, senior living facilities).
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance the business’s online presence and client acquisition strategies.
D. Sustainability & Innovation:
Promote eco-friendly cleaning products and sustainable practices.
Implement technology solutions such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, smart cleaning tools, and mobile booking apps.
Research and introduce new trends in the cleaning industry to stay competitive.
E. Financial & Administrative Responsibilities:
Monitor operational costs and recommend cost-saving measures.
Assist in setting pricing structures for various services.
Ensure compliance with local business regulations, insurance policies, and safety protocols.
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in cleaning service management, hospitality, or facility management.
Experience in sales, business development, and operations management in other industries such as auto, retail, and others.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning solutions and technological advancements in the industry.
Ability to develop client relationships and drive business growth.
Experience in using CRM software, scheduling platforms, and online booking systems.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
